...I’ve never told this story here before, but when I was 19 all my friends went off to college and I stayed behind because I didn’t have the money to go to college or the grades to get a scholarship. Then an anonymous gift was made. I was given a college education by someone in my church. It changed my life. Now it’s my turn to pass on that gift.

I watched 'Blood Diamond' lastnight and came away feeling what are we doing to entire nations so that the West can feel spoiled?
As it is I TRY not to buy anything that comes from China...It is getting to the point where we must ask ourselves..'did someone die for this or was this made by child slavery?'
We really DO have to think before buying anything these days.
Instead spend your money by improving the lives of those in third world countries.
